Our Club

 

Based at Inch Park, Edinburgh South are an SFA Platinum Quality Mark Accredited Community Club who have been operating in the Capital's South East since 1969. We run 62 teams including children's football, youths boys and girls, senior Mens and Womens, and amateurs.

We represent more than 900 players, with 190 volunteer coaches and officials spread across 70 teams - making us the 2nd biggest community club in Scotland and the biggest in the East of Scotland.

 

In 2020, our Mens  team stepped up into the senior ranks for the first time. This was one of the biggest moves in our then 51-year existence. This provided a complete pathway from our popular soccer school, all the way through the age groups to East of Scotland League football.

 

In 2021, we announced another exciting adventure with the creation of a Womens first team who joined the Scottish Womens Football League. This built on the excellent work done in the community club to develop local football for girls of all ages.

Our Future

​

Discussions have been ongoing to secure our own SFA compliant home ground.  We continue to work with the Council and local stakeholders in the increasingly populated South of Edinburgh to provide more affordable and all-weather facilities to all in our community.

 

Our Mens first team will continue to build on the encouraging start to life at East of Scotland level having successfully gained promotion to EOSFL Division One for the 2024/25 season.

 

Scottish FA licencing is a short term goal which would enable us to compete in the Scottish Cup - a dream for all of the hard work put in over the years throughout the whole club.

 

Our Womens first team will become established in the SWFL and intends to work through the leagues and provide new role models for our girls teams.

 

Our Under 20s will further their development with involvement within the Mens first team. We will continue to use our player pathway to introduce new young talent to the first team.
